Are the relief maps 3D printed?

No, not yet. Our relief maps are 2D wall prints. The realistic shading gives them the effect of an illuminated landscape. We are working on offering true 3D relief maps soon.

My place is not available. What can I do?

If you cannot find your place in the shop, email us at [email protected] with the place and map type. We will check whether the map is possible. If you want a very specific place, for example a particular city, you will need to commission a custom map (https://cartographr.co/product/individuelle-karte/). Otherwise we will add the design to the shop within a few days.

What paper do you use for the prints?

We use only enhanced premium paper (Enhanced Matte Art) with a matte finish and a lightly textured surface. It is archival paper that keeps its quality for 100-200 years under optimal conditions.

What is a Giclee print?

Giclee, from the French for spraying, is a printing method that uses high-precision inkjet printers. It works with lightfast dye-based or pigmented inks. Giclee prints are known for high-resolution, detailed, color-true artworks. Paired with high-quality paper, the result is a museum-grade print. We print our full range using the Giclee process.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We currently offer payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Ideal and GiroPay. We are always working to expand our payment options.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €4.99. Shipping is free from an order value of €49.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are usually printed and shipped within 48 hours. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

Can I return my order?

Under our withdrawal policy (https://cartographr.co/widerrufsrecht/), the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. Note: personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
